  • Do your buses have restrooms?

    No, none of our vehicles feature restroom. We apologize for any inconvenience, however, we do allow for unlimited comfort stops which will aid in facilitating these types of needs, should they arise.

  • Can the reservation be canceled?

    Your reservation cannot be canceled once you put your deposit down or pay in full. It is your promise that you will pay for the service if we hold the bus for you and our promise to provide you with the best service. You cannot switch the day of your reservation either. If available, you might be able to upgrade/downgrade your bus or move the time earlier/later.

  • Is it possible to rent a vehicle for just one hour?

    Unfortunately, no. All of our rentals require a six hour minimum rental, with the exception of weddings which ends earlier than 7 P.M.

  • What hidden fees are there?

    None whatsoever! There are absolutely no hidden fees or surcharges unless there are smoking violations, unreasonable excessive clean up costs, or damage charges. Outside of such violations or damages, we do not tag on excessive charges for things like gas or mileage since we include these costs at reasonable rates in your rental.

  • Do you allow smoking in any of your vehicles?

    No. All of our vehicles are non-smoking to preserve the interior's good condition as much as possible. However, we do allow for unlimited comfort stops so you can take as many breaks as you need. Just let your chauffeur know if you need a break!

  • Is alcohol served on any of your vehicles?

    No, it is not served. Flint Limousine is not permitted to provide or serve alcohol. However, drinking is allowed so you are more than welcome to bring your own drinks for the enjoyment of any passengers who happen to be of legal drinking age or older.

  • What hours are your phones available? How about your office?

    We keep our phones on all day, every day of the year so you can contact us any time you need us! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 10 A.M. to 6 P.M. We recommend calling ahead of time, should you need to visit our office for any reason. For example if you'd like to come in and view a particular bus, calling ahead will allow us to let you know if that bus will be available for viewing at that time.

  • Are there limitations on where we can travel while renting a bus from you?

    No, there are no limits with us! You can go anywhere you please, as long as it falls within your pre-arranged time slot.
